2. Can I still place an order if I don’t have an account with Medical House?
Yes! Once you have reached the CheckOut Process you will be asked to fill in your details for shipping purposes. You have the option to pay by Credit Card, Internet Banking or Cheque.

5. When will I receive my order?
Our main warehouse is based in Christchurch so delivery times can be estimated as follows:
Standard Delivery Times:
South Island -1 Day
North Island - Main Areas 2 Days
North Island - Other Areas 3 Days
6. What is the cost to ship my order?
Medical House offers free standard delivery service on all orders over $100 (pre GST).
South Island $7.00 - For all orders under $100
North Island $12.00 - For all orders under $100
7. Do you offer an overnight delivery service?
Faster delivery times are available for part or all of your order. Please call 0800 MEDHOUSE (633468) for a quote.
8. What Credit Cards do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard.
9. Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes! To pay by cheque you please make it out to Medical House Limited.
10. How do I return a product?
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your Medical House purchase, simply return it to us in complete and undamaged packaging with your original sales receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will replace the goods, credit your account, or refund your money in line with our 100% money back guarantee. Please follow these instructions to ensure your replacement, credit or refund.

Complete the returns policy form at the bottom of your Packing Slip.

11. Is there a time limit on returns?
Yes. All returns need to be delivered within 14 days of the date of purchase.
