Re-ordering Made Easy!
There are three main ways to re-order on our website- we are dedicated to “Making it Easy!”
1) Rebuilding an Order (from Order History)
For a simple method to quickly rebuild a previous order, simply log in, go to your order history and you will see a summary of your previous orders placed. To rebuild, simply click the green “rebuild” link on the right of the page and this will add all items in that previous order to your cart again. Proceed through the checkout process to re-order your products.
You can also click into individual original orders by clicking on the green order ID number
2) Creating an Order List
An “order list” is a list of items that you would like saved in order to make your re-ordering process easy. Think of it like a shopping list you make before you go to the supermarket!
You can add items to your order list from several places – from any product page click the “save to order list” button (don’t forget to select the size / colour first). You can look at the order history of any previous individual order you have made and select your required items, then click the “save selected item (s) to order list button.
At the first step of the shopping cart “Cart Summary” you can click the “save to order list” button to save the items in your cart to the selected order list.
In addition after you have purchased, on your “Order Confirmation” page you can click the “save to order list” button to save all the items you have just purchased to the selected order list.
You can also save items to your order list from the “Frequent Purchases” menu. Simply click the link on the left of the page under “My Account”
Simply select items from amongst your frequent purchases and click the “save selected item (s) to order list button.
When you save to an order list you can “Create a New Order List”, and once this is created when adding future items to an order list you can choose to save them to an existing order list or create a new order list:
Please give the order list a name and description – this is for your own reference.
3) Frequent Purchases
The “frequent purchases” menu is accessed from the left navigation under “My Account”
The “frequent purchases” contains a record of the items that you have commonly purchased in previous completed transactions. You can sort these by frequency purchased, volume purchased and date of purchase using the drop down box.
From here you have 2 options – first select the items and the qty you require, then these products can either be:
a) Saved to your order list ( instructions on order lists above )
b) Added to your shopping cart
