RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your Medical House purchase, simply return it to us in complete and undamaged packaging with your original sales receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will replace the goods, credit your account, or refund your money in line with our 100% money back guarantee. Please follow these instructions to ensure your replacement, credit or refund.

Return Instructions:

Use the original undamaged packaging and return package via you preferred courier

Complete the returns policy form at the bottom of your Packing Slip. If you do not have your Packing Slip, please include a note stating your company name, address, e-mail address and order number
